In this paper,we respectively describe the existence,uniqueness and ex-ponential stability of solutions of the following delayed cellular neural networks system with impulse(DCNNs):By using the fixed point theorem,we obtain the existence and uniqueness of DCNNs with impulse anti-periodic solutions and general solutions.By establishing the concrete form of general solution and using some new pulse differential inequalities and techniques,we obtain a new exponential stabil-ity theorem.Finally,we illustrate the rationality and innovation of the results by two examples.
