This experiment adopts the metagenomic technique(metagenomics)in the the Yellow River Delta area of bare land(coastal),Suaeda salsa community,Aeluropus littoralis community, and Apocynum community Imperata cylindrical community a total of 5 different cover types 0-20 cm,20-40 cm depth of soil as the research object, from the angle of the relationship between vegetation and soil fungi, three the study. On the bare land, soil fungal community,Suaeda Heteroptera Aeluropus littoralis community, and the community of Apocynum Imperata cylindrical community in the doors, classes, orders, families and genera classification level composition,Alpha diversity index and Beta diversity and species of fungi and soil physicochemical properties,Alpha diversity and soil physicochemical properties correlation analysis, provide basic data and theoretical basis for the diversity of fungi in the Yellow River Delta Research and improvement of saline alkali soil. Results show:With the salt vegetation succession,a trend of improvement in soil quality: at 0-20 cm and20-40 cm depth, bare land soil and mild salt tolerant community(Apocynum community,Imperata cylindrical community in soil fungal diversity)is higher than the severe salt tolerant community(Suaeda salsa community,Aeluropus littoralis community)in soil fungal diversity. When the cover types in the same stage of succession, soil fungal community structure has great similarity;when the cover types in different succession stages, different soil fungal community structure is relatively larger in 0-20 cm soil layer, relationships between community and Suaeda salsa community evolution biggest difference(Unifrac Metric up to 0.7034).Belong to the salt soil and Suaeda Heteroptera Aeluropus littoralis between fungal community evolutionary differences in minimum(Unifrac Metric = 0.4478;20-40cm)in soil, between the bare land and the biggest difference Aeluropus littoralis community evolution(Unifrac Metric =0.6600),and Apocynum Imperata cylindrical community community between fungal community evolutionary differences relative the smallest, its Metric value is only 0.2009 Unifrac.A total of 5 families,24 orders,105 families and 186 genera were obtained in the experiment. The composition of fungi in different soil samples was different from that of the other 67 families.Among them, the door plate, fungal community,Suaeda Heteroptera Aeluropus littoraliscommunity, community, community Imperata Apocynum detected were 4,3,5,5,5;fungal classes detected were 14,11,15,19,18;eubacteriales detected were 36,9,37,48,38;Department of fungi detected were 48,20,53,69,53;detected fungi were 66,21,82,105,71.Soil nitrogen and conductivity distribution of Alpha diversity index is larger, the soil moisture distribution of the maximum income eumycota, nitrogen, labile organic matter, temperature and conductivity on the distribution function of large genus of fungi.
