With the adjustment of China's economic structure,the volume of bulk cargo has been reduced rapidly,and the demand for high value-added cargo transport is rising.The broadening of the white goods market will be the necessary way to future development.At the same time in order to facilitate the owner,"with the run" of the railway express service has become quite important.Because the service of the express freight is an integral part of railway transportation,As a result of changes in the supply structure,leading to the development of transportation demand rapidly,punctuality and stability.its advantages and disadvantages will directly affect the quality of customer service.So it is very important for the development of the tracking system of railway express acceptance and delivery.This paper studies the current research situation both at home and abroad from the practical and theoretical aspects,and puts forward the main research contents,research ideas and research difficulties in the process of the railway express freight transportation.And according to the actual situation of modern railway freight transportation,design the tracking system of express freight based on the mobile terminal,the GPS module of the mobile phone is used to locate the vehicle in real time by bundling the freight and vehicle to achieve the purpose of tracking the freight,and for the GPS weak signal areas,can be combined with the network to implement a combination of positioning.At the same time the data mining and analysis of the large number of orders in the process of transportation,combined with the map to achieve a combination of analysis,to find the potential value of data.This paper studies the characteristics and the overall structure of the system,proposes using the mobile phone GPS to locate and track the express freight.In the actual process of tracking,the freight and vehicles is matched in the transportation,the latitude and longitude of the feedback is processed,and calculates the speed of the current transport vehicle,According to the reverse geocoding,the specific geographical position is obtained and stored,and the processing is displayed in conjunction with the Baidu map related API.On the other hand,the establishment of mobile phone and network server for data transmission,through the Http request for the network communication,thus achieves vehicle monitoring of vehicle management departments in real time,and solve the problem of information is not smooth.At the same time in the project development process,the MVC model is introduced to realize the functional expansion and maintenance requirements,Using the Web Service to provide the system external service interface,and realizes the data sharing within the system,and finally combines the ECharts to visualize and analyze the data,and draw the relevant conclusions.The development and application of the tracking system of railway express freight receiving acceptance and delivery based on GIS,not only reduces the labor intensity of field operation,strengthens the degree of information,but also increases the economic efficiency of transportation enterprises and improves the level of railway transportation service.According to the system of modular design,mainly for vehicle tracking,vehicle master destination,the current location,speed and cargo information,this paper conducts statistical analysis of vehicle and goods in the process of tracking data.
