As an important branch of modern decision-making,multiple attribute decision making is to select the best alternative(s)through a certain method in a group of alternatives.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is applied to solve multiple attribute decision making problems by comparing pairwisely alternatives to form preference relations.Due to the complexity of the considered problems,it is suitable to evaluate the judgements of experts by using interval numbers,triangular fuzzy numbers and others.Consequently,the fuzzy multiple attribute decision making methods are studied where the ranking of fuzzy numbers and the consistency of fuzzy preference relations are focused on.In this thesis,some problems of uncertain multiple attribute decision making methods are studied,and the main conclusions are given as follows:(1)The ranking method of interval numbers is addressed.The existing two possibility-degree formulate are proved to be equivalent.Based on the uncertainty of interval numbers,an attitude function is assumed.A generalized possibility-degree formula is proposed by using the technique of integral.It is found that the known possibility-degree formulate are its special cases.The weak transitivity of interval additive and reciprocal preference relations is defined generally.(2)The method evaluating the scientific research projects in universities is develope.When the same experts give different preference information,the transformation formula is proposed to hormalize reciprocal and hybrid judgment matrices as fuzzy preference relations.The minimum variance method is used to obtain the priority weights.Using the aggregation operator to aggregate experts,judgements,a group decision making model is formed.When triangular fuzzy numbers are used to express the judgement information,the acceptable consistency of triangular fuzzy multiplicative reciprocal matrices is defined according to the classical analytic hierarchy process(AHP)of Saaty.Then a new method of ranking alternatives is given.(3)A new method for virtual enterprise partner selection problem is proposed.Considering the randomness of decision-makers in comparing two alternatives,the concept of approximation-consistency of interval multiplicative reciprocal matrices is given.By using the reciprocity and approximate consistency of interval multiplicative reciprocal preference relations,the method of constructing interval multiplicative reciprocal matrices is present.
