In reality,there exist a large number of linguistic value multi-attribute group decision-making problems with practical applications background.However,because of the complexity and difficult predictability of the external environment,the fuzziness of decision-making problem and the limitations of human knowledge,decision-making makers express their evaluation opinions in the form of uncertain linguistic variable or intuitionistic linguistic variable rather than using simple language values in the decision-making process.Uncertain linguistic variable can better reflect human cognition,and intuitionistic linguistic variable presented the confidence degree and the hesitation degree of the decision makers' linguistic evaluation value.This paper studies two types of linguistic value multi-attribute group decision-making problems and proposes corresponding decision-making model and method.Their effectiveness and practicability are illustrated by employing a numerical example.The main contents of this paper are shown as follows:1.The possibility-based PROMETHEE II method of multi-attribute decision-making uncertain linguistic fuzzy variable is proposed.On the basis of possibility degree,this model define the degree of overall dominance possibility index and introduce it into the establishment of preference function in PROMETHEE II.Then the comprehensive dominance index is defined,the sort of schemes is carried out based on the comprehensive dominance.A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed model.2.The concept of possibility degree is introduced into the division of attribute set in ELECTRE II method.By considering the diversity of the same properties when constructing the concordance index,the concordance index is redefined.On the basis of it,the possibility-based ELECTRE II method of multi-attribute decision-making under uncertain linguistic fuzzy variable multi-attribute was established and applied to the social economic system evaluation research.3.Compensative weight averaging aggregation operators are extended to intuitionstic linguistic environment,two kinds of intuitionstic linguistic compensative aggregation operators are defined by combining the relation of order in aggregation process and the degree of support between the aggregated data in the polymerization process,respectively.Moreover,this paper establishes two kinds of methods to solve the problem of intuition linguistic multiple attribute group decision-making,and using numerical examples to verify its effectiveness.
