Landfill reclamation is often used to control the collapse and cracking of coal mined areas. However, after the subsidence area and the mined-out area are reclaimed, the soil formation will fall due to the infiltration of the groundwater and the precipitation will occur with the passage of time. The problems such as depression and cracks occur on the surface,which seriously affect the effectiveness of the reclamation project. Soil sampling, excavation profile, engineering section and other traditional methods of reclamation project has a narrow range of detection, less sample, low efficiency defects. Ground penetrating radar is a high-frequency electromagnetic wave detection technology, can quickly detect the shallow surface stratigraphic structure, which is used in reclamation engineering evaluation of effective detection technology.Based on the problem of uneven settlement and cracks development of the subsidence land and reclaimed land in the Xigao Village, Jincheng City, Shanxi Province, this thesis designs the exploration experiment of the subsidence land and reclaimed land. Using MALA ground penetrating radar to detect soil structure of soil settlement area and reclamation area.The problem of a strong horizontal axis, random noise and low vertical resolution exist in the ground penetrating radar data of the experimental area. Horizontal and random noise is removed by horizontal filtering and Curvelet transform threshold denoising. Using predictive deconvolution method to improve longitudinal resolution. Based on the data processing technology of conventional ground penetrating radar, the results of GPR data processing are obtained. Combined with the soil sampling and other factors to explain the ground penetrating radar data. The soil structure of the shallow soil in the reclaimed land was analyzed. Using GPR to distinguish different types of soil formation, distribution of cracks and other structural information, can make effective evaluation of the engineering reclamation, and the new technology of GPR reclamation evaluation was developed.
