Adaptability Assessment Of Marine Industrial Ecosystem In Bohai Region

Adaptability analysis is one of the frontiers and hot pot of current global environmental change and sustainable scientific research.It provides a new research paradigm for the study of the coupling mechanism of industrial ecosystem from the theory and methodology.The industrial ecosystem is introduced into the ocean research,putting forward the concept of marine industry ecosystem adaptability.Marine industry ecosystem adaptation adjusts marine industry ecosystem conditions and development goals in the future according to the current situation of the development of marine industry,development stage,the marine nature,resources,science and technology,education,culture,laws and regulations,policy and environmental changes through the scientific measurement and control to improve the marine industrial and environmental adaptability.Marine industry ecosystem deals with unexpected possibility or actual change to have the ability to adjust and learn through constant adjustment to reduce vulnerability of marine industry ecosystem and enhance their capacity of sustainable development.The paper establishes an adaptability assessment index and uses the variance weighting method for weight assignment.use Hierarchical multi-level comprehensive evaluation method and weighted sum method to evaluate the adaptability of marine industry ecosystem in Bohai region,based on the data of marine industry and environment in Bohai region,the paper analyzes the marine industry ecosystem characteristics,types and influencing factors in Bohai region.using the set pair analysis method to evaluate the adaptability of marine industry ecosystem in Dalian,using the coupled coordination model to definite Dalian marine industry ecosystem adaptability type and stage of development.According to the model and data,the paper obtains the adaptability characteristic of marine industry ecosystem in Bohai region.The results show that:(1)Form an overall viewpoint,the difference of adaptability of marine industrial system in Bohai region is relatively large,The coefficient of variation of adaptive index of marine industry ecosystem in Bohai sea area is 0.32,the coefficient of variation of marine industry subsystem is about 0.59,and the coefficient of variation of marine environment subsystem in Bohai region is about 0.48.The main problem is that the development of marine industry in Bohai province is uneven,and the industrial base and development speed are different.(2)From a view of space,the feature of adaptive spatial distribution in marine industry ecosystem shows the adaptive spatial distribution of Shandong>Liaoning>Tianjin>Hebei;In the various subsystems of the marine industry subsystem,the greater the sensitivity,the greater the flexibility,the characteristics of the marine environment subsystem is not obvious.(3)From a view of time,during 2006-2013,the adaptability of marine industry ecosystem in Bohai region increased,rising with fluctuate.Comprehensive index of adaptation have a trend of expanding,for this trend,the main reason is the difference of the industrial system in adaptive growth.(4)From a view of specific provinces and city,according to the development of time,it concludes the characteristic of the development in specific province and city in marine industry ecosystem,analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of development.From the overall perspective,the adaptability is enhanced;the level of adaptation is promoted.The paper by analyzing the coupling of Bohai marine industry and environment subsystem obtain the marine industrial ecosystem level and adaptive characteristics,analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the marine industry ecosystem in Bohai region,thereby for the sustainable development provides countermeasures and suggestions in Bohai region.(5)Take Dalian as an example,detailed analysis ring status of municipal industrial ecosystem adaptability in Bohai region,obtain adaptability status,types and stages of development in Dalian marine industry ecosystem.
