Science and religion are like a pair of noisy sisters, closely affecting people's real life.As we all know, science is representative of rationality, affecting people's real life, and religion is a matter of faith, related to people's spiritual world. But science and religion are not completely separate, and the two are interrelated. In academia, the relationship between science and religion has always been the subject of attention, and leads scholars to continue to argue. At present, there are three kinds of academic views on the relationship between religion and science: conflict theory, irrelevant theory and harmonious theory.I believe that the complex and convert relationship between the two is not a simple conflict, irrelevant and harmonious theory can be summarized. As we all know,England in 17 th century gave birth to modern science, and British is filled with Christian atmosphere everywhere at this time. The Royal Society of London as the scientific center was established, and the majority of its members are the Puritans. It makes us could not help but draw a conclusion: in the 17 th century of England,Christianity and science are not incompatible, the emergence of modern science and Christianity are related to a certain extent. In this paper,I mainly select one person: Newton, the main member of the Royal Society of London, who is closely related to both Christianity and natural science at the beginning of British scientific revolution in the 17 th century.Based on his main religious views and scientific achievements, and placed them in a specific historical background and major events,at the same time regarding others' comments and views as a reference to clarify the secret relationship between Newton's religious beliefs and his scientific achievements, and thus by the point and face, extended to analyze the relationship between Christianity and science in England in 17 th century.
