In near one hundred years that after the Little Ice Age, the Earth rapid warming, was these process caused a change of typhoon activity (frequency, track, strength, etc.) in the Pacific Northwest? Currently, the research of typhoon long-term series in historical period concentrated in China's coastal areas, relative lack of the long-term series in Japan and Korean Peninsula. The study area set to Japan, the study phase set to the Little Ice Age and the modern warm period. This study on the historical documents and instrumental observation documents support in China, Japan and Korea, using the GIS and statistical methods, in the "global warming" background, when the Little Ice Age to the Modern Warm Period conversion, whether causing Japan typhoon activity surrounding change? In this study, docking data of two different sources, three different indicators, and reconstructed or screened 586 typhoons in 1601-2015 (in 1601-1883,362 typhoons, the annual average as 1.28; in 1884-1974,159 typhoons, the annual average as 1.75; in 1975-2015,65 typhoons, the annual average as 1.59). And there is no significant difference between the three area typhoon sequences that "Japan", "Eastern half of Japan", "Western half of Japan"; the "Japan" typhoon sequence can represent typhoon incoming cases in the Eastern and Western half of Japan. Japan typhoon sequence about after 1905 structured by three obvious peaks, the maximum peak as around the year 1955, these sequence shows the different situation from fluctuation rules before 1905.Though comparative analysis of the Japan typhoon sequence and solar activity, E1 Nino-La Nina, long-term changes of the typhoon hit time or storms, floods, found that:the transition point of variety of phenomena about in 1790, this point may had been greatly change the pattern of Northeast Asia Typhoon; we could not be seen the uniform factors of above phenomena between whole study phase of the Japan typhoon sequence and the solar activity (including climate fluctuation), El Nino-La Nina. The above phenomenon may be complex reaction of these factors; these reactions may be appearing the Pacific-Japan (PJ) teleconnection pattern and other related indices. This study points out the effectiveness of joint reading the hazards records in the disasters occurred of each region or other compilation of disaster information and the meteorological induction records in a diary; the feasibility of the basic method about in the instrumental period, use the disaster statistics, according to the regular pattern of historical documents recording the typhoon, reconstruct the typhoon sequence, joint-these processes. In the typhoon track reconstruction process of this study, the hazard records in the local chronicles or the history books as the backbone, with the detailed records like the meteorological induction records in a diary to improve the accuracy of reconstructed typhoon track. But the existing compilation of disaster information included in the diary is not all; part of diary for the study of paleotem pestology is still untapped. If we overcome historical documents location or carved over situation and other issues, each region has a diary, we can get the meteorological induction records that are not induced hazards; the typhoon sequence accuracy will be improved. This article discusses the typhoon tide disasters in the Gulf region, reconstructed the extreme typhoon event hit the Ariake Sea in September 2, 1713. In the historical period, the sea reclamation or the land reclamation by drainage in inland wetlands or coastal zone, and moved to live in these areas, make the typhoon tide disasters and floods more severe.Northeast Asia states like Japan, into the instrumental observation period after about 150 years, the large-scale meteorological disasters like once a century had been supported by observation documents. But for the meteorological disasters in longer time units like the long-term fluctuations since the Little Ice Age or much longer, we still need to reconstructing that use the historical documents of the to prepare its struck again. Faced with the sea level rise and increase typhoon force that global warming will cause, history, geography and meteorology researchers should collaborate research, so analyze for the large-scale typhoon disasters that in the long period will occur, can more suitable for the practical situation.
