Zhejiang Qingliangfeng National Nature Reserve has obvious characteristics of subtropical Zhongshan mountain climate.The vegetation types can be divided into coniferous forest,coniferous and broad-leaved forest,evergreen broad-leaved forest,deciduous broad-leaved forest,evergreen and deciduous broad-leaved forest,shrubs,bamboo forest and meadow.We set up 54 forest plots in Qingliangfeng and recorded 2436 stems with DBH(diameter at breast heighe)? 5 cm.The stems belong to 150 specied,96 genera and 51 families.In our study,we analyzed the phylogenetic structure and functional diversity in endangered plant community.We studied the dynamics of phylogenetic structure of Fagus hayatae,one of the second class nationally protected plants in Qingliangfeng National Nature Reserve,China.Based on the three census date in 2006,2011,2016,the dynamics of phylogenetic structure and functional diversity were represented.In order to explore the regulating process and scale-dependence,we explored the dynamics of phylogenetic structure during the past 10 years at three spatial scales(10 m,20 m,50 m).The results were as follows:(1)The species diversity of the endangered plant communities is higher than the unendangered plant communities.(2)There is no difference between endangered plant communities and unendangered plant communities in phylogenetic structure.(3)The FEve is higer than others in some endangered plant community,while the FRic and RaoQ has no difference.The resources in communities was well used in endangered communities.(4)The leave size was biger and seed dispersal mode was smaller than other.(5)During the past 10 years,MPD decreased,while MNTD increased.NRI and NTI increased at large scale but did not change at small scale.(6)With the increase of the spatial scales,the trends of these indices were all enhanced.(7)FRic and RaoQ decreased,and FEve increased.We conclude that the the phylogenetic structure of the whole community was clustering in endangered plant communities,and the functionan evenness was high,the reproductive dispersal ability was low.The effects of environmental filtering at large scale and stochastic process and competition at small scale were the leading ecological processes influencing the dynamics of plant communities in Zhejiang Qingliangfeng Reserve.
