With the rapid development of economy and sharply increasing of population, a series of problems, like environmental pollution and ecological destruction and so on, are getting more and more serious, so protecting the ecological environment has become the consensus of all countries. The establishment of nature reserves is of great significance to protect and restore the environment condition. As a world natural and cultural heritage, the Wuyishan national nature reserve of Fujian province in China (here in after referred to as the Wuyishan nature reserve) has important status in the national ecological landscape construction. Under this background, it is of important practical significance to research the landscape dynamic change and its ecological security situation of Wuyishan Nature Reserve.Based on the research experience of domestic and foreign scholars, this study took the Wuyishan Nature Reserve as the research area, through collecting the remote sensing image, statistics data, literature and so on, analyzed the landscape change of Wuyishan Nature Reserve, and using comprehensive index method to evaluate the ecological security of the study area, finally several problems and countermeasures on the sustainable development of the study area was put forward, in order to provide the scientific guidance for the reasonable planning of Wuyishan Nature Reserve planning and the harmony of economic development and the ecological safety. The main conclusions of the research are as follows:(1) The research of landscape change on Wuyishan Nature Reserve. In this section, we analyze the landscape structure, dynamics and pattern characteristics of the research area. From the point of landscape structure, coniferous forest, broad-leaved forest and bamboo forest are the matrix landscape of Wuyishan Nature Reserve. From the point of landscape change, Broad-leaved forest turns out the largest area, Bamboo turned into the largest area, followed by coniferous forest; In terms of variation, A larger reduction is bare, the bushes, the largest increase in construction land. From the point of landscape dynamic, the difference between different types of landscape is relatively large. From the point of landscape pattern change, significant increase in the size of patch in the study area, the fragmentation degree increased; complex boundary shape did not change significantly; contag is high and has increased, indicating that the dominant patch has a high degree of reunite and good connectivity; the distribution and coordinate index of different types of landscape improved; the diversity and evenness of landscape were slightly down.(2) The ecological security assessment of Wuyishan Nature Reserve. Building the ecological security evaluation index system of Wuyishan Nature Reserve based on pressure-state-response model (P-S-R), using respectively the subjective weighting method (analytic hierarchy process) and the objective weighting method (entropy value method) to determine the weight of each evaluation index, and comprehensive index method is used to analyze ecological security in study area. Results show that no matter what kind of methods to determine the weights, the individual index values of ecological security decreased, but the ecological security situation of overall study area has shown the better trend.(3) Problems and countermeasures for the sustainable development of Wuyishan Nature Reserve. Based on the analysis of landscape change and dynamic assessment of ecological security, this paper put forward the problems and solving measures from six aspects, such as land function division, forest landscape pattern, monitoring system, population pressure, management organization, publicity and education to lay a good foundation for the realization of the sustainable development of Wuyishan Nature Reserve.
