With the exploitation of marine energy,while building the marine engineering researchers are paying more and more attention to the interaction between waves and structures.And with the rise of computer technology,waves can also be realized in many ways.To realize the function of making waves on the basis of numerical wave tank and simulate the interaction of wave loads with structures has become a hot topic of hydrodynamic scholars.Therefore,the main contents of this paper are simulating the dynamic response characteristics between solid and flow field on the basis of numerical wave tank.The main work and research achievements include the following items:Firstly,the meaning of numerical wave tank and fluid structure coupling was analyzed and introduced and also the development status at home and abroad.In order to realize the simulation of pool establishment and coupling,the computational fluid mechanics,wave theory and fluid solid coupling principle were introduced.Secondly,adopting the principle of rocker panel wave generation and using the method of volume of fluid to track the change situation of free surface.Based on the model of RNG k-? and solved the navier-stokes equation,writing a program which is secondary development software-Used Defined Function(UDF).By setting the corresponding parameters and boundary conditions the two-dimensional numerical wave tank and three-numerical wave tank were set up.At the same time,based on rocker panel wave generation,the wave absorbing were compared with the damping layer wave elimination and slope wave elimination in 2d and 3d numerical wave tank.Comparing the data obtained from monitoring surface with the simulated results and theoretical results.The results showed that the effect of damping layer wave elimination higher than the effect of slope wave elimination and obtained more satisfactory results.Thirdly,based on the function of wave generation and wave absorbing in numerical wave tank,the dynamic response characteristic of jacket platform of pile foundation type under the effect of fluid-structure interaction was studied.First of all,by establishing the model of jacket,the dynamic response characteristic of part of the jacket were analyzed and obtained the change rule about the pressure and the maximum equivalent stress values of the structure under the one-way coupling.Then,the finite element model was established for leg and the dynamic response results were contrasted for platform leg under the action of waves in the one-way coupling and two-way coupling.The results from the change rule about the pressure and the maximum equivalents stress values of spud leg show that the two-way fluid-structure interaction was deemed more consistent with practical engineering requirements.
