Epidemic often causes the damage of human health and the loss of property because of the fast spreading velocity and wide ly spreading range,so it is significant to research the rule of epidemic spreading in order to help people to control the spread of epidemic.The spread of epidemic is accompanied by the spread of information and the spread of information can affect the individual behavior as a result of affecting the spread of epidemic However,many researches ignore the influence of the spread of information.There are two kinds of information accompanied by the epidemic spreading: “the epidemic exists” and “how to precaution epidemic effectively”.Human will take two kinds of individual actions after accepting the two kinds of information,which are respectively “be vigilant” and “take much more effective actions”.This thesis is based on the relation between epidemic spreading and information spreading.The epidemic threshold is the main topic of this thesis.This thesis mainly discusses the influence of information spreading.Firstly,this thesis proposes an improved SIR model which is based on two kinds of local information feedback and uses the scale free network to simulate the information and epidemic spreading.Each person obtains two kinds of information through the infected neighbor and recovered neighbor.They take different degree of actions to reduce the infection rate based on the number of the infected neighbors and recovered neighbors.Then this thesis uses mean field theory and cave theory to calculate the threshold.Through the theoretical derivation and simulation,it improves that the threshold deduced by the cave theory has the better accuracy.Through the simulation,it shows that the intermediate nodes are the most susceptible nodes to be infected,not the Hub nodes.The information provided by the infected nodes influences epidemic spreading to a larger degree.Considering that the difference of network and spreading mechanism between information and epidemic,this thesis proposes an information-epidemic spreading model based on the multiplex network.The information spreading obeys the UAEU spreading model and the epidemic spreading obeys the SIRS spreading model.Last,this thesis uses mean field theory and Markov chain to calculate the threshold.Through the simulation,this thesis finds that the bigger clustering coefficient network can reduce the epidemic spreading range,so the structure of social network will influence the epidemic spreading.The simulations of two models show information provided by the infected nodes influences epidemic spreading to a large degree.
