With the development of digital earth, urban intelligent development planning, building landscape design, intelligent tourism and community service, people have a strong interest in the establishment of urban real three-dimensional model for the city.Therefore, establishing a three-dimensional digital city models with realistic textures have underscored the huge market value, and has a very bright future. Compared with the traditional 3D modeling method,3D modeling Based on unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) oblique photogrammetry technology has great advantages for high aging, high-resolution, low cost, low risk and many other advantages.Real 3D modeling created by the technology can be widely used in urban planning, resource management, tourism management and urban 3D navigation system, anti-terrorism, stability maintenance, security guard, disaster relief and other various fields, creating a new era of 3D geographic information.This article mainly to xi 'an Jiao Dai town Bao Qi village community as study area, the use of UAV oblique photogrammetric system for the study area image, systematic study of the UAV oblique photogrammetry technology to obtain the characteristics of remote sensing images, pictures of setting and measurement method, image data processing key technology in the industry, based on UAV photogrammetry technology generated 3D modeling of the oblique photogrammetry theory expounded.Systematic research and analysis this method is adopted to establish the 3D modeling can achieve the theoretical and practical level of accuracy, and elaborates the UAV oblique and the factors that affect the photogrammetry is the technique of modeling accuracy, laid the theoretical and practical basis for the practical application. In this paper, the main research contents include:(1) In detail introduced the UAV part of the photogrammetric system, and obtain the critical technology of remote sensing images, including camera calibration, how to set up the aerial technical parameters and flight path,and the use of image data and POS data check flight quality and image quality.(2) The key technology of generating 3D modeling based on the UAV oblique photogrammetry technology is analyzed in detail. Mainly including photo control point layout and quantity measuring method, multi-view images combined adjustment and key techniques of multi-view dense image matching.(3) This article mainly to xi 'an Jiao Dai town Bao Qi village community as study area, the use of UAV oblique photography measurement system for the study area image, oblique photogrammetry technology is adopted to establish the 3D modeling. And systematic research and analysis are used to establish the accuracy level of the 3D modeling, and the influence factors of the modeling accuracy of the UAV oblique photogrammetry technology are expounded.
