On the basis of landscape ecology, research on wetland landscape changes and motivation, to evaluate the value of wetland ecosystem, can put forward countermeasures for wetland protection, and for the effective management, protecting wetland, promoting regional sustainable development to provide the reference.Through research the landscape dynamic change, driving force and the lossed value of ecosystem services, this study concluded that the main results were as follows:During the ten years, the wetlands area had been decreasing in Guiyang city, the decreased area is 8153.8hm2, it accounts for 8.8% of the original wetland area. The decreased amplitude of artificial wetlands is greater than the natural wetlands, the reduction scale of paddy rice fields is the largest. The patch density and the aggregation degree have decreased, the fragmentation degree has increased, and a series of changes have a negative impact on the connectivity in landscape, and it is not good for the enhancement of diversity in wetlands landscape.The driving factors has both human factors and natural factors, the human factors dominate. Rapid urbanization lead to most of the wetland into residential land right to use construction land, etc. With the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization,, the land opportunity cost has increased. Farmers to save labor capital, from the pursuit of land productivity to the pursuit of labor productivity, the paddy field has been abandoned, resulting in the decline of the paddy wetland.Loss of ecosystem service function value is 437.8258 million yuan.Wetlands in Guiyang has positive economic benefits and negative economic benefits, the loss of the positive value is far greater than the negative value, is a negative value of 7.27 times.Guiyang city in the medium-term urbanization accelerating stage, construction land demand is huge, the future is still likely to take up a large number of wetlands, the grim situation of wetland protection.
