The discovery of Higgs with mass around 125GeV indicates that we finish the spectrum predicted by the standard model (SM). The main targets of particle physics are testing the SM and searching the new physics. Rare B decays are good implements in searching for new physics since the corresponding theoretical evaluations are not seriously affected by the uncertainties from unperturbative Quantum Chromo dynamics effect. Then various experimentally accessible observables in B decays can be approaches to seek for traces of new physics and determine its parameter space.Assuming that the corrections to relevant Wilson coefficients from new physics contain the possible CP phases, we analyze the constraints on the new physics corrections from the updated experimental data on rare B decays from LHCb, BABAR, and BELLE etc systematically. Through global fit among the theoretical evaluations and corresponding experimental observations, we find that the possible CP phases of the corrections to relevant Wilson coefficients from new physics affect the allowed parameter space obviously. The paper organized as below. In chapter 1, we introduce the history and the development of SM, and then the structure, the gauged group, and the lagrangian. In chapter 2, we talk about the some problems that are hard to answer by SM, and introduce some familiar new physics models. In chapter 3, we show the effective lagrangian, the operators and the calculation of the observables in rare B decays. By using the global fit method, we give out the numerical result of the constrains. In chapter 4, combining the theoretical result and the development of the experimental technique, we talk about the forward prospect of B physics.
