At present the decay of neutral meson has been studied from the different angles in the many references, and the findings of these studies are compared with experimental data , to test the accuracy of their theory. the general direction of these studies methods is no more than two points : QEC and QCD. The former theoretical calculations process is very concision, but the accuracy of the findings is discontentment. The the latter which is contentment is so complexity that it's unacceptable. So this paper will adopt effective electromagnetic coupling theory amended to study the issue.In the Introduction, meson decay is briefly reviewed in this paper, and the status of theoretical researches is introduced, which includes current theoretical researches on neutral meson-π0and neutral meson-ηand the new popular domain—B meson. In particular Introducing the background knowledge of neutral meson electromagnetic interaction.In this paper, Firstly, S matrix elements are calculated using"effective electromagnetic interaction theory"which meet"gauge invariance"based on the QED, Particles reaction information is derived from S matrix elements, and giving particles reaction graphical representation, at the same time the author take out Eight-Feynman-Figure, Further analysis these Feynman-Figure and we found that only two of them are physically existing, other reaction probabilities is zero ,that is non-physical. Secondly, to test the accuracy of this theory, the author will study neutral meson-π0and neutral meson-ηbased on Feynman Rules, including calculating the Square of transition matrix elements mode which is very complexity. in this paper, the author will give this detailed calculation process. Obtaining the calculation results of the Square of transition matrix elements mode, the author will calculate Decay width and Decay Lifetime of neutral meson-π0and neutral meson-ηin the neutral meson-rest frame and give theoretical calculation formula, the neutral meson decay of the electromagnetic coupling constants which are amended are determined .(including two constants). And then using the computer to calculate its theoretical results and the results are compared with neutral meson-π0and neutral meson-ηexperimental data .Finally, the issues involved in this paper is made a more profound and comprehensive analysis of the physical once again and the future research work is prospected.
