Study On The Migration Patterns And Relevant Models Of Birds

Bird resource is a part of the earth ecosystem.Research on the migration of bird is helpful to prevent and control the spread of the bird disease.Based on the daily monitoring data from 24 Zhejiang Province wildlife epidemic disease monitoring stations in Zhejiang Province,this paper sorted and mined the monitoring data of Zhejiang Province wild animal epidemic disease monitoring system from 2009 to 2014.1.Analyzed the common bird distribution and their main activities in Zhejiang.During the past six years,the 24 monitoring stations have monitored more than 60 million times,observing 8738 million birds,where Ciconiiformes accounted for 52% and Passeriformes mesh accounted for 33%.2.Analyzed the distribution of number and species of Anseriformes,Ciconiiformes,Passeriformes mesh in Zhejiang Province,as a result,the main habitat,species composition and quantity of birds of them are found respectively.3.Taking the Anas platyrhynchos,Ardeika baccgys which were found carrying avian influenza virus(AIV)before and Hirundo rustica which was common migratory bird as main research object,analyzed the distribution and quantity of them basing on the extracted monitoring data from the view of big data,and drawed the migration map,initially grasped the infested time,range of motion,predicted the migration direction and location in the Zhejiang region.4.The relationship between the number of birds and the temperature,time in Lin'an station,YOUNGOR zoo station and the YaLinsuo station were studied,the related prediction models were set up,and the change of Anseriformes,Ciconiiformes,Passeriformes mesh number were preliminary predicted.
