| High-tech has become a hero of modern society, there is no doubt that technology brings unprecedented benefits to human society, however, with the diversification of the form of technology and the broadening of technology, the negative effect of technology has also increased gradually. People have to pay attention to the negative effects that brings from technology in parallel with enjoying the benefits. Based on this current situation, I studied technical risks on the line more than one dimension.This paper is divided into six parts. The first part of this paper is the introduction, which introduces the background, purpose and meaning of the topic, innovation and difficulties, and three research directions of technical risks at home and abroad; The second part is an overview of technical risks, it analyzes the connotation and characteristics of technology, definition of risk and connotation, classification and characteristics of technical risk, and it analyzes the development of transgenic technology, the advantages of transgenic technology and the risk of transgenic technology; The third part is the analysis of technical risk dimensions of Ontology, I analyze the nature of technology, risk, technology risk and the risk of transgenic technology; The fourth part is the analysis of technical risk dimensions of Epistemology, first, the thesis introduces the evolution of technology risk ideas and its mechanisms exist, based on this analysis, the contemporary understanding of GM technology is analyzed; The fifth part is the analysis of technical risk dimensions of Axiology, it analyzes the value of technology, and focuses on the ethical risks of modern technology, and analyzes the ethical risks of transgenic technology that has been or may bring: The sixth part deals with how to mitigate the risk of technology, based on previous studies, I made some reference principles and some measures of avoiding the risk of technology;The seventh part is the conclusion. |
