This paper, taking Gaochang district of Turpan city as the study area, combining with the results of previous studies, statistical data,groundwater level monitoring data,and so on,using MAPGIS, Processing MODFLOW software, respectively from time and space analysis of groundwater dynamic field distribution characteristics and evolution process. On the basis of insight intothe hydrogeological conditions, the groundwater flow model is established to predict the groundwater dynamic field in the study area. The main results are as follows:(1)The region accounted for 59.6% in 2012,which groundwater level fell more than 0.5m, the largest decline distribution in cat Culler Township. The Region of the groundwater level luffing-0.5 ~ 0.5maccounted for 16.9%. the region of the Groundwater level rose more than 0.5m accounted for 23.5%. from 2003 to 2012, there are three monitoring wells, which groundwater level cumulatively fell 12 meters, their annual decrease rate of 1.56 ~ 1.88 m / a, distributed in three Xiang, Chiat Kale Township, Flaming agricultural development zone.From 2005 to 2014, the average rate of groundwater level decline more than that from 1995 to 2004, its annual decrease rate of 1.2m / a, distributed in grape Township.(2) The evolution of groundwater flow field is mainly manifested in the decline of groundwater level, the ground water level contour plane moving north from 1995 to 2014. From 2005 to 2014, groundwater level contour moving rate northward increase 0.8~1.5 times than 2005 to 2014, groundwater flow direction basically remain unchanged, only a small angle deflection occurs in parts, hydraulic gradient becomes smaller.(3) The groundwater flow numerical simulation of the study area is carried out by using Processing MODFLOW. Under the conditionof groundwater exploitation in 2014 and "the three red lines" index to predict hydrodynamic field in the study area respectively.First scheme, maintain the groundwater exploitation in 2014 3.068 × 108m3/a unchanged, no longer increase the amount of mining. Model runs to the recent planning year(2020),Groundwater level near the Aydingkol lake forms a small range landing funnel, groundwater level continues to decline; By 2030, the scope of the funnel increased, the rate of decline in the groundwater table was a trend of large and small. Groundwater level decline is mainly in the 4~12m, which fell in the area of 4~8m accounted for 34 percent, a decline in the area of 8~12m accounted for 37 percent.Secend scheme, On the basis of groundwater exploitation amount in 2014, according to the "three red lines" water indicators,regulate groundwater exploitationyear by year, by the year 2020 and 2030, respectively, to control groundwater exploitation was 1.58 × 108m3,1.82 × 108m3. Groundwater level decline is mainly in the 4~12m, which fell in the area of 4~8m accounted for 38%, a decline in the area of 8~12m accounted for 46%. Contrast plan one, the groundwater level drop in 4 ~ 8 m area increased by 4%,the area of groundwater decline over 8~12m increased by 9%.
