With the rapid growth of China's population, the demand for water is increasing, while the level of exploitation of groundwater every year.According to the Ministry of Water Resources and the National Center for Statistics, the 1980 Groundwater supply only 0.4one hundred billion m3. Accounting for about 9% of the total, while in the last year is 2015,this proportion has already reached 20%, about 1.15 one hundred billion m3, and in this limited groundwater resources, has received a considerable number of serious pollution of local water pollution under to a certain extent, it does not meet the drinking water requirements. Reducing groundwater pollution not only means that you can take advantage of valuable groundwater resources, and groundwater pollution is not easy to be found, even if found to be difficult to eliminate the consequences. Ranging from the impact to the production life of local residents with water, it caused heavy social cause unnecessary social panic disorder. Not only the current water shortage problems facing our country, even more serious is the problem of lack of system management deficiencies, so how to establish an effective risk assessment criteria so that as a basis to work out with the corresponding policy and mining, supervision, protection of groundwater, water safety issues or solve will become scientists in the future work of the main tasks. In some particularly poor economic conditions, located in a remote northwestern region, due to lack of government funds or environmental funds were not in place, resulting in a lack of most of the water sources monitoring equipment, the monitoring system can not build.Another management system, lack of preventive mechanisms, policies, also contributed to water pollution in these areas is particularly serious main reason.In this paper, Zhang County Pei Chuang 1,2-level water source protection area for the study, the risk of departing from the source water source around, and through the influence of stationary pollution sources on the surface of the water source investigation, and then the entire risk assessment system into the water source to risk assessment system;secondly learn from their predecessors Construction of water source risk assessment system, combined with expert inquiry method and AHP to determine the index weight,using a weighted sum to make an overall assessment of the risk level of the ground watersource Zhangxian identify existing pollution, stationary sources of pollution, lack of management of these three issues water source risk management, for the above problem,this paper recommends six areas in the last chapter, to improve the management capacity of local water sources in the face of risk factors, strive for all aspects of risk can do "early discovery, early reporting, early disposal." Provide the basis for construction, planning and protection of groundwater in the region, promote the development of local communities.
