Subgen.Soja includes wild soybean?Glycine soja?,semi-wild soybean?Glycine gracilis?,and cultivated soybean?Glycine max?.Although these plants are the same species,wild soybean is regarded as the ancestor of cultivated soybean.Among these plants,cultivated soybean is considered as a valuable economic crop;cultivated soybean is also domesticated as wild soybean.Semi-wild soybean exhibits combined traits of wild soybean and cultivated soybean.Cultivated soybean as a typical glycophyte,its growth and yield were significantly inhibited under salt stress.Compared to the wild soybean and cultivated soybean resistance is stronger,and it is an important germplasm resource to select and cultivate the suitable cultivated soybean which is suitable for survival in saline alkali land.In this study,to soja as the research object,using the sand culture,simulated neutral salt and alkaline salt stress treatment plant seedlings,respectively.Through the study on wild soybean,semi-wild soybean,and cultivated soybean photosynthetic functions and ion content and their relationships under salt stress.Reveal the physiological mechanism of soja in process of artifical selection salt resistance changes.Explore soja changes of physiological metabolic process during evolution process.The growth of soja under salt stress are suffered serious stress suppressed,cultivated Soybean is the biggest,wild soybean is minimal.The net photosynthetic rate showed a significant decreasing trend,and the reduction of cultivated soybean is the largest.Net photosynthetic rate decreases as the reason of wild soybean and semi-wild soybean is caused by the non stomatal restriction and cultivated soybean is caused by the stomatal restriction.The photosynthetic function,light and pigment content of cultivated soybean were significantly higher than that of wild soybean.With the evolution of artificial breeding from wild soybean to cultivated soybean,Whether it is the accumulation of toxic ions Na+?Cl-or Ca2+?Fe3+?B3+?K+?H2PO42-?NO3-nutritional ion deficiencies showed the ability of soja adaptation to salt stress was significantly decreased in the process of artificial domestication.Analysis of the relationship between ion and light contract function under Salt Stress,C2O42-?Zn2+?H2PO4-?Mn2+?Fe2+?K+?SO42-?Ca2+?Na+ absorption and accumulation ability is important reason of soja plants in the evolution of artificial breeding of resistance ability of salt decreased gradually.The relationship between Ca2+?K+?SO42-?C2O42-?Zn2+?H2PO4-?K+?Mn2+?Na+ contents and photosynthetic functions change is the result of alkaline salt stress for soja plants stress injury was significantly higher than that of neutral saltThe soja plant growth,photosynthetic function,ion content and photosynthetic function relationship under Salt stress are showed the salt tolerance of wild soybean is significantly stronger than cultivated soybean,and semi-wild soybean in the middle.This is due to a long period of natural selection and artificial domestication in soja plant mineral content and Photosynthetic Physiological gradually towards to the need for human beings in high yield direction.This study for salt tolerance of cultivated soybean breeding and soja as a reference for the study of evolutionary biology.
