System dynamics(SD) based on the theory of control of dynamic information feedback mechanism, established the actual system simulation laboratory(SD model). It is a effective theory and method to reveal the relationship between the complex system structure function and dynamic behavior. It had been widely used in the fields of society, economy, management, resources and environment. Although there is a clear process paradigm of SD model creation, it had many specific issues, like strong subjectivity, the degree of formalization was low, so it should be further enriched and improved. Rate variable in tree(RIT) modeling method according to the problem decomposition and reduction theory, decomposed the construction of extremely complicated network structure of causal relation graph to the relatively simple in the form of a tree structure RIT constructs, and through formal operational transformation of RIT, generated SD flow graph and calculated feedback loop and its order, improved the formalization degree of SD model creation,provided a theoretical basis for the modeling and simulation of the system dynamics. At present, the existing system dynamics simulation software, only at different levels, provided the operation platform of SD model to create and simulate, which leads the efficiency of SD model creation to low, and easy to make mistakes.Firstly, this paper introduced the basic theory of system dynamics, the concept of RIT and its related concept, Extended Markup Language(XML) and the label file structure and function,illustrated the SD model creation of operation and general steps based on the RIT. Then, put forward the automatic processing process of SD model creation based on the RIT and representation methods of RIT SD model components based on XML tags file in the analysis of SD model creation automatic processing tasks based on RIT. Based on the RIT components stored with the dynamic pointer, this paper proposed the generation transformation algorithm between the different compoents of SD model based on the XML tag files, the SD flow graph generation algorithm, and the algorithm for computing the feedback loop and its order. Finally, designed and realized the software of SD model creation automatic processing based on RIT.
