In order to continuously improve the meteorological monitoring and forecasting service capabilities,get more benefit from meteorological disaster prevention and reduction services,Jiangxi province has been established a province-wide weather observations network of automatic weather stations . These observational data played a key role in weather forecasting services. In order to effectively benefit from the building of automatic weather stations , need to develop an intuitive, simple operational and intensive province-wide automatic data processing display platform to meet the usage requirements of the operational staff at all levels.The automatic weather station data integrated services system is mainly research: Optimization automatic weather stations's real-time data business processes to achieve centralized management of information ; According to meteorological data quality control principles and methods to realize automatic weather station data quality control;Using advanced database storage technology to improve the efficiency of database access and applications; Graphic processing of the data and to establish information-sharing service WebGis platform ;In order to promote the province's improving the quality of meteorological operations ,all meteorological data on the platform could be showed on a browser .The main work of this paper is adopt. NET, FLEX, database stored procedures and other technologies to design and develop the automatic weather station data integrated service system based on B/S structure in Windows 2000 system and SQL Server2000 database platform, achieve optimization data business processes, data quality control, data statistics query, data, graphical display and other functions.
