The field of geological exploration,seismic geophone is a kind of widely used sensor.As the main module detection of seismic signal,it must have a high enough resolution,signal-to-noise ratio,accuracy and fidelity,etc.In fact,the influence on seismic exploration results is its parameters.The main parameters of geophone are resistance,relative damping coefficient,natural frequency,sensitivity,distortion.In this paper,the calculation methods of various parameter indexes of the detector is studied,and a improvement method of large damping detector's relative damping coefficient was to be given,the full set of computational algorithms and software were designed.In the actual production process,the main methord to qualifie geophone's quality is to measure its each parameter.While the geophone tester on the market only can carry on the examination to the small damping detector,high damping detector's parameters can only be controled with its sensitivity,resistance and the actual production experience.The lack of detection means brings great inconvenience to the production and useing.At first,the detail mathematical modeling of detector was to be found in this topic,and with this modeling,studed calculation parameters of two kinds of detector.At the same time,the calculation of relative damping coefficient on the high damping detector is improved,and we designed application software of practical use.The completed main work is as follows:First,a detailed description of the working principle and the mathematical modeling of geophone were to be descripted.The zero input response motion equation and output equation was to be founded.On this basis,the method to calculate parameters was to be derived.Second,according to the complexity of the algorithm and the basic requirement,a solution platform was to be builded with ARM11 embedded platform and WINCE6.0 embedded operating system.Third,based on the algorithm and the design of function,software was to be designed.The main parts are the original data acquisition process design,processing,the raw data of the algorithm function,temperature correction,database design,data storage and other functions.For software debugging and the realization of various functions,and removing the BUG has been completed.Fourth,in this project,continuous testing and improvement of the whole algorithm and scheme was to improve the accuracy,in order to meet the needs of practical use.The overall algorithm have been applied to the design of geophone tester model,compared with the traditional geophone tester,the tester can not only detector parameters of small damping test,but also to test large damping seismic geophone.And it has the advantage of speed;at the same time,it also improves the portability,to achieve the full frequency characteristics,with high efficiency,intelligent advantage.In the actual experiment,the algorithm has the advantage of speed to be reflected,and meets the requirement of the practical application of precision,and some parameters's accuracy can be achieved in lower than 1/1000,and it has friendly man-machine interface and the use of more convenient.
