In recent decades,the development of the national economy has made great achievements,the people's material life is very rich,and the quality of life has been greatly improved.At the same time,the problem of income distribution has become more and more prominent,the distribution pattern of the gap between the rich and the poor has not changed fundamentally,and the Gini coefficient of the income distribution fairness is high.Fairness of income distribution is an important issue of people's livelihood,and it is an important guarantee for sustainable economic development.Theoretically find the theoretical optimal value of the Gini coefficient,clear the best income distribution pattern,can provide a certain reference for the state to formulate macro-control policies.By analogy with the characteristic elements of the social economic system and statistical mechanics system,the basic structure,the basic state,the basic function and the basic hypothesis principle are analogized completely,and then the social and economic system in the population and income distribution in analogy to the statistical mechanical system in the distribution of particles andenergy,so the concept of social and economic system of Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient can be introduced into the system of statistical mechanics.Using the distribution formula of Boltzmann system in statistical mechanics,combined with the definition of Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient,energy distribution of equilibrium statistical mechanics state of Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient were calculated.Statistical mechanics of equilibrium statistical mechanics system evolution process in the final stable state,so the statistical mechanical equilibrium of the Lorenz curve is the optimization of the energy distribution curve,Gini coefficient is the energy distribution of the Gini coefficient theory optimal value.Based on the analogy of social economic system and statistical mechanics system,the system of statistical mechanics research results have been applied in social economic system,and get the optimum values for the Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient theory of income distribution optimization.Do empirical research with the theoretical data and the actual income distribution data,the results shows that they are relatively consistent to a certain extent,and theoretical research has a certain degree of reliability.Explore the function of individual income tax for getting the Gini coefficient theory of optimal value,and through theoretical deduction and special case analysis,it shows that non-ideal Gini coefficient can be adjusted to be ideal and the adjustment of individual income tax has some limitations.The optimal value of Gini coefficient theory brings new enlightenment to the fairness of income distribution,the absolute fairness and relative fairness of income distribution have their own forms of expression,and they have certain inherent logicrelation.
