The technology of oblique photogrammetry system equipped with POS not only gets the exterior orientation(EO) parameters of aerial Camera at the moment of exposure,but also gets multi-angle of the image information of feature. The technology can also reduce field work, shorten the mapping cycle of Digital Mapping and construction of Digital City. Multi-angle oblique aerial camera has become an emerging high-tech technology in recent years at home and abroad. The application of oblique aerial camera in aerial photography projects is increasing. Chinese Academy of Surveying & Mapping had also developed domestic oblique aerial camera(SWDC-5),the data processing system and application goes deep into its study.This paper establishes the mathematical model of relative orientation parameters based on systematic analysis of the basic principle and characteristics of oblique photogrammetry technology, this model gets exterior orientation parameters of vertical and oblique image. According to the corresponding relationship between the image and the exterior orientation elements, on the one hand, this paper researchs the calculation method of single image geometric information by the dynamic scale of image and the building features; on the other hand, it studys automatic texture mapping method of 3D Model by multi-angle images. Through validating the accuracy and reliability of the calculation method by experimental data, the result shows that the level of digitization is much higher than conventional method.
