The rapid development of advanced manufacturing makes the dual-camera industrial photogrammetry technology widely used in aircraft,automobiles,ships and other fields.Based on the two-camera industrial photogrammetry principle and previous research results,this paper studies the influencing factors of the accuracy of the two-camera industrial photogrammetry system,and provides the theory and technology for the key technologies and basic research of field measurement or calibration acceptance of the dual-camera industrial photogrammetry system stand by.Based on the development status,measurement principles,system composition,and application fields of the dual-camera industrial photogrammetric system at home and abroad,this article analyzes the causes and characteristics of random errors and system errors,and studies the relevant factors affecting the accuracy of the dual-camera industrial photogrammetry system..Based on the theoretical analysis,a two-camera industrial photogrammetry system was established with a better network layout(photographic distance,photographic baseline,and intersection angle,etc.)through a dual-camera three-dimensional coordinate measurement accuracy test.Based on the factors that affect the measurement accuracy of the dual-camera industrial photogrammetry system,the effects of the camera's core temperature on the calibration results of the camera parameters and the degree of influence of the calibration parameters of the camera on the length measurement accuracy of the dual-camera industrial photogrammetry system are studied.Finally,a dual-camera industrial photogrammetry system and a laser interferometer were used to carry out a repeatability test of the dual-camera system and a length measurement test in which the system accuracy changed with the temperature of the camera core.The test results show that the measurement accuracy is best when the system's network is set to "the shooting distance is consistent with the size of the object to be measured,the intersection angle is about 90 °,and the two cameras are in a symmetrical position in the axis of the calibration field." The better temperature range of the measurement accuracy of the dual camera industrial photogrammetry system is related to the calibration of the parameters in the camera.The internal parameters calibrated by the camera at lower temperatures will make the length measurement accuracy of the dual camera industrial photogrammetry system better.The analysis and improvement of the above measurement factors can reduce the loss of measurement accuracy of the dual-camera industrial photogrammetry system.Its research work has important guiding significance for the establishment and in-depth research of the actual measurement and acceptance testing standards of the dual-camera industrial photogrammetry system.
