Ecological Environment Quality Evaluation

With the development of science and technology, the improvement of human life.A series of environmental problems appeared. such as eutrophication, red tide. The environmental monitoring work, as the work of environmental protection in China's "eyes and ears", in the first line to face the environmental problems, bear important responsibilities and accurate information and decision-making basis for the environmental protection work.The environmental monitoring work tradition began in the late 80's, the development so far, environmental monitoring covers approximately of water, gas, noise and vibration, in many fields of electromagnetic radiation. Biological and ecological monitoring work carried out at the same time, but after several twists and turns, uneven regional development, also respectively has the stress. Since 2005, the Jiangsu provincial environmental monitoring station in accordance with the requirements of the provincial environmental monitoring center, the development of ecological environmental quality assessment, using remote sensing image data, the geometric correction, image mosaic, visual interpretation, ground verification and other aspects, was evaluated by the year of 13 province cities ecological environment quality, the assessment results both used to reflect the status of the ecological environment quality of local, also can be used as an important basis for ecological town and ecological city evaluation ranking.The quality assessment of ecological environment, the core is land use status evaluation area, and land use status data, is derived from the remote sensing image data that, based on the analysis and interpretation of remote sensing images, acquired land use data, then according to related statistical data, the calculation and analysis, the formation of the final evaluation results.Suqian city is located in the north of Jiangsu, north of Luoma Lake, Hongze Lake in the South have, rivers, agriculture developed, is a typical agricultural big city. Since 1997, various economic indicators of the city have achieved leapfrog development, good momentum of economic development, as a typical region in economically backward, backward development at the same time, the land utilization and ecological environment quality condition can also be used as the underdeveloped areas in the typical sample under the pressure of economic growth.In this study, use and interpret the results in Suqian city in 2000 and 2011 remote sensing data, by overlay analysis, comprehensive evaluation by ARCGIS software, an analysis of the changes of land use in Suqian City, research methods and measures to improve the status of ecological environment quality.This paper has made the following main results and understanding:(1) using "3S" technology and environmental science and other related theories and technology, through the data collection and investigation, the topography of the study area, establishment of interpretation signs, the establishment of ecological environment geographic database research area, and the contents of land use in Suqian city were analyzed, to provide data and information for the study area.(2) using the analytic hierarchy process analysis and evaluation to determine the index weight, present situation of ecological environment quality of Suqian City, the evaluation results, and the ecological environment quality of the separate evaluation, evaluation results and analysis of transverse.(3) according to the evaluation results, the county as a unit, analysis of the situation and change trend of transformation causes of land use in Suqian City, and puts forward countermeasures to improve the situation of ecological environment quality.
