In this paper,we put the range of radius of 30km area as the survey region of Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant.Combined with 3S technology,line transect method and sample method,we researched the terrestrial ecosystem which including species diversity,flora,vegetation types and biomass.We also discussed the construction of project impact the stability of the landscape ecology in this research area.The results showed that there were 990 species vascular plants,belonging to 529 genera,172 families.The vegetation was classified into six vegetation type groups,including evergreen broad-leaved forest,warm conifer wood,evergreen broad-leaved Scrub,Scrub-grassland and swamp.In addition,we found 5 plants named Sphaeropteris lepifera,which are under the protection of the Chinese Second Class Key Protected Wild Plant Regulations.The final analysis indicated that the research area with the ancient origins of flora,wide distribution and complex composition of plants.And the tropical plant compositions was significantly dominant.In the four typical Arbors communities,the Acacia confuse communities with the highest species diversity,and the Casuarina equisetifolia and Pinus massoniana with the highest community diversity.In the four typical Scrubs community,Pinus thunbergii's species diversity was the highest,Vitex trifolia and Rhodomyrtus tomentosa's community diversity was the highest.In the ten sample lines,the ninth and tenth sample line had the highest species diversity,and the fifth and seventh and ninth sample line had the highest community diversity.At the same time,we applied the 3S technology to interpret the evaluation of remote sensing image of the survey in the planned plants area and get the the statistical area of vegetation and the each types of land use.Then we got the results that the land area occupied the proportion 56.37%of the total area,but the vegetation coverage rate was only 21.90%.And the vegetation area kept this order,Acacia confuse forest>scrub-grassland>Pinus thunbergii forest>Casuarina equisetifolia forest.The planned arable land area was 53.76hm2,which occupied the largest proportion 31.02%(not included the sea area),and the size of distribution of each vegetation which was scrub-grassland>Acacia confuse forest>Casuarinae quisetifolia forest.Combined with the direct combining method and the relative growth method,we calculated the vegetation biomass and got the interpreted results that the total biomass and losses after the project established.Finally,we did the research on the restorative and resistant stability of the landscape ecology in the investigation area.And the final result showed that the Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant Program has little influence on the restorative and resistant stability.However,the present influence still remain the ability of keeping the landscape ecology system entirely.
