The Study And Exploitation Of Hydraulic Engineering Observation Data Process System

The level of water conservation informatization construction in based water conservancy department is commonly low, which has influenced the full development of Chinese water conservation informatization construction. Some measures should be taken to improve the degree of water conservation informatization in based water conservancy administration department, such as regular monitor of some hydraulic building per year. In addition to modernization of measure equipment, it is also important that the observational data should be processed automatically. Thus, it is necessary to study and develop the water conservancy project observation data process system.The automatic process of observational data based on some hydraulic engineering was chosen, in accordance of the water conservancy observation procedures of Jiangsu Province (DB32/T1713-2011). Through the in-depth analysis of the observation data, the software system aimed at the automatic process of hydraulic observational data was developed successfully by the advanced computer technology. By this system, the relevant results of the river section observation and vertical displacement observation could be generated automatically, which include the result table of river section observation, the comparison drawing of river section, the comparing table of amount of souring and silting of river section, the result table of vertical displacement observation, the change statistics chart of vertical displacement, the cross-sectional distribution chart and process line of vertical displacement, etc. All of those would greatly increase the science and efficiency of the observation data processing in based water conservancy administration department.In this paper, take the processing system of river section observational data as an example, some important technique including the menu development technology of VB, the technology of VB operating excel, the chm in HTML Help Workshop and so on were introduced. What's more, some complex Image processing techniques in AutoCAD were studied in the result of the data in hydraulic engineering, which would prepare well for improving the performance and function of system.The study result was applied in some engineering projects. And the analysis results were well fitted.
