| The rapid breakthrough of information technology in the Internet era and its wide application,promotes the development of new format and new business model,making the informationization presented a new feature.In order to objectively reflect the new features,informatization evaluation indicators should keep pace with the times and keep improving.Based on the development characteristics of information technology under the network age,this paper reconstructs the evaluation index system,and from the perspective of spatial analysis,innovatively combined with classical statistics and geostatistics methods to explore the differences in the development of China’s regional informatization,so that to further take effective measures to narrow regional disparities provide the basis for decision-making.First,this article selects 18 evaluation indexes from the perspectives of information network infrastructure,information network access capability,information technology application and industrialization development to establishes a comprehensive evaluation model of regional informatization development by using entropy method.Then using the 2015 cross-section data of the informatization development in 31 regions in China for Statistical analysis.The results of the comprehensive evaluation show that the development of information technology presents a polarization trend.Secondly,based on the data of evaluation results of regional informatization development and the method of geospatial exploratory spatial data analysis(ESDA),respectively using the global indicators such as Global Moran’s I,Getis-Ord General G and local indicators such as Anselin Local Moran’s I and Getis-Ord G_i~*,analysis found that the development of informatization in our country shows a serious polarization and the development of informatization in some areas shows“Hot”or“Cold”spots clustering and discrepancy in some regions shows outstanding distribution characteristics.Finally,through the construction of the gravitation model of spatial relation of informatization,this paper analyzes the important factors that affect the spatial relation of informatization by using QAP correlation and QAP regression analysis.The results show that the level of regional economy and education,urbanization and geographical distribution,as well as the degree of opening up of the information industry and the informatization of fixed assets investment activities have a positive role in promoting regional informatization;while the invention of patented technologies also has a certain correlation with the development of regional informatization,but QAP regression analysis shows that the impact is not significant yet.Finally,the article puts forward some proposals to reduce the development gap between informatization and the coordinated development of informatization in different regions. |
