Research On Huai’an Mobile Informatization Level Measurement Based On Contingency Model

With the increasingly significant role of information in the development of the national economy,the realization of enterprise informatization has become an objective requirement and inevitable trend for each modern enterprise to achieve sustainable development and improve its competitiveness.The final investment quota depends on the relevant assessments and calculations of enterprise informatization.Therefore,a scientific method,that is,the enterprise informatization measurement,is urgently needed to evaluate its level of enterprise informatization.Throughout the world,enterprise informatization measurement has been becoming a popular subject nowadays,with their own characteristics.This research focuses on the measurement of the information level of Huai’an mobile.On the basis of former achievements and industry characteristics,the idea of "contingency" is introduced,which is supposed to reflect the present index of informatization in different stages.This article takes Huai’an Mobile as the research object,analyzes the current status and problems of Huai’an’s informationization in the current period,and introduces the notion of "fixed" index and "information change" index of informationization.The “informationization right fixed index” mainly refers to the information organization organization,hardware input,human resources investment,software system application,etc.This part of the index is applicable to enterprises in various industries to measure their information level;this paper proposes “information contingency index As a key indicator for measuring the level of enterprise informatization,these indicators need to be set according to the characteristics of different industries,and different companies need personalized indicators.This article studies Huai’an Mobile.According to the characteristics of the communications industry,the progress of the times,technological evolution,adversary conditions,and state regulation have an important influence on the level of informatization in the communications industry.Therefore,this indicator is used for measurement.Therefore,measuring a company’s informatization level is not a static measurement,but a dynamic evaluation system.Thirdly,in the design of index system,this paper uses AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to select indicators.The index system includes 2 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 28 third-level indicators.The introduction of experts in different fields to determine the weight of indicators can be used to objectively measure the weight of system indicators and make use of mathematical methods to make assessment more scientific.
