It is the key to the success of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project thatwe should ensure the safety of water transfer. There are most of open channels in theMiddle Route, the Eastern Route is relied on the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal andconsist of many rivers. Thus, it is a very large risk that the existence of openchannels may lead to water pollution in the long-distance water transfer. Whenoccurs water pollution in the channels of South-to-North Water Diversion, the paperis aimed at floating of oil film and soluble contaminants, studied the fluidmechanical properties of stationary or mobile treatment devices and analyzed the itsforce, the flow conditions and the collection scopes so that it can provide a technicalsupport of a reasonable set of emergency response for disposal.In this paper, aimed at a large area of the oil spill, the object of simulation wasthe dynamic surface-style skimmer in order to study the flow and rupture of the oilfilm. When the skimmer was working, compared a single collecting work of oilskimmer with putting oil booms was studied. For the potential existence ofemergency refined oil pollution in the channels, the sewage pump and adsorptionfluidized bed were installed on a ship which can track and extract the pollution mass.The different conditions of the flow and rupture of the oil film were obtained bysimulations. It is a reference that we can use emergency disposal ship to deal withoil spill.When emergency water pollution happens in the water diversion channel, it isan urgent need that the disposal device can efficiently clear up the pollutants. Thus,the new disposal device was designed to protect the safety of water transfer. In thispaper, the hydraulic calculations and parts of analytical work about the new disposaldevice were completed. The size of sewage pump and parameters of fluid bed wereselected. Considered on the different factors of the length of pump, the spacing ofdisposal device and pumping speed, a variety of disposal programs were designed.By the simulation of FLUENT software, the pros and cons of each scheme wereobtained. We can know the distributions of speed and the scopes of pumping so thatwe can make optimization analysis on the layout of disposal devices. According tothe simulation data and based on multivariate nonlinear regression method, areasonable empirical formula was obtained and quickly calculated to find a suitablelayout.It is a very important means that we use the fixed disposal to solve the suddenwater pollution accident. The fixed hanging adsorption matrix can ensure removal ofcontaminants without interruption of water supply. In this paper, Beijing-Shijia zhuang section of midline (from Gangtou sluice to XiHeishan sluice), for example,based on demonstration projects "quality and quantity of multi-objective schedulingand emergency control technology and demonstration projects" in March2014, avariety of conditions disposal programs of fixed hanging adsorption lattice weredesigned. And through analysis of each disposal scheme and force hydraulicscalculations, the paper was obtained the largest suspension rope tension value anddetermined not to exceed the safe load range. After calculating the height and lengthof backwater to ensure the adsorption matrix into backwater channels can beachieved in the project. Through analyzing and calculating the results of thedemonstration project, we gave calculation pinciple of adsorption matrix with fixedropes that make a reference to choose cable specifications of adsorption matrixlayout.
