Chinese economic gross has ranked NO.2 in the world after more than thirty years’ development since the reform and opening up. There are some realistic problem as overcapacity,market saturation and fierce competition in domestic market.In the passed more than 10 years,STS company, as a production enterprise,has owned advanced equipment,high technology and perfect quality supervision system since enterprise system transformed in 1998.At present,STS company is facing with both transformation and promotion and with exploration of sustainable development because of fierce competition in Chinese market.We offered development strategy like “New Silk Road” economic zone and “Maritime Silk Road in twenty-first century” in 2013.Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank was established and operated in 2015 by our country. STS company reexamined development strategy and made new marketing strategy based on company’s operation and a lot of survey in the market in 2014.The new strategy is to develop international market depending on “New Silk Road” economic zone and to realize transformation and promotion through product marketing that drives development of product,quality improvement and scientific investment.Research showed in this paper is about international marketing strategy of STS company under the background of economy globalization,”New Silk Road”strategy and more and more fierce competition in the precision casting industry.Firstly,we analyzed marketing situation of STS.Secondly,analyzed industry situ ation,trend of industry development,outside enviroment and problem of internati onal marketing.Finally,offered optimized suggestion from price strategy,product strategy,channel strategy and promotion strategy etc. against problem existing in international marketing strategy of STS company.The research significance lies in exploration on precision casting product of STS company,situation of precis ion casting industry at home and aboard,development trend of industry and inte rnational marketing strategy.Due to limitation of professional knowledge of writer and time, the paper is not perfect yet.
