Research On Process Optimization Of Supply Chain Link Of MD Group

After several years of development, MD group has been expanding rapidly, and the performance of the company is a big challenge to the existing supply chain management ability of the company. At present, MD group’s supply chain in promoting enterprise operational efficiency, there have been some problems, such as inventory management information is not accurate, the supplier delivery time is not timely, to the customer delivery time delay and other phenomena. In the fierce market competition, MD group need to more efficient, faster, lower cost supply chain system to support the pace of business expansion. Analyze and solve the problems existing in the existing supply chain, and it is the need to actively improve the MD group. Therefore, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the supply chain of MD group in order to improve the efficiency of the supply chain of MD group and MD group’s overall competitiveness.Firstly, this paper analyzes the background, purpose, research significance, domestic and foreign research status quo, and the supply chain and supply chain related theoretical basis for induction and summary. Through analyzing the present situation of MD group,this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of MD group’s supply chain from the aspects of supply chain process, storage, distribution and information, etc. Finally, the process of the optimization scheme, the security measures, the expected effect evaluation and feedback, the implementation of the MD group’s supply chain optimization scheme is described.In this paper, we analyze the problems existing in the supply chain of MD group, and provide some suggestions and measures to improve the efficiency of MD group’s supply chain, and provide a reference for similar enterprises to improve the efficiency of supply chain.
