During the past decades, for the people of many countries, E-commer ce has become an integral part of their lives. Year by year, E-commerce is developing, even in countries where just a few years ago there was no Internet.Success factors, business strategies, new technologies and the experience of other companies have a very important role for the development of E-commerce that is why it is very important t o conduct researches in this field.The relevance of this research is determined by next two factors: Firstly, economic relations in the internet and internet itself are rapidly developing, the studies that were done in this field are becoming irrelevant v ery fast. Secondly, there are no researches dedicated to: studying of differences between Russian and Chinese popular online stores; finding of common factors infl uencing on the growth of E-commerce market in Russia and China; identifying Chinese business strategies, which could be suitable for development of E-commerce in Russia.First, the purpose of this paper is to study in detail the E-commerce market in China and Russia and to make a comparative analysis of E-commerce market in Russia and China and a lso identify similar and dissimilar factors influencing the E-commerce market in Russia and China. Second, to make a SWOT analysis of popular online stores in China and Russia and study the factors of success and successful business strategies of Chinese I nternet companies( SWOT analysis and further compilation of the SWOT matrix will help to more understanding and accurately determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for both of our chosen Internet websites). According to results of stu dy, identify what business strategies could be suitable for development of E-commerce in Russia. In the third chapter the researcher will make the empirical analysis of common factors influencing on the growth of E-commerce market in China and Russia, buil d a regression models by using a SPSS software and examine the results of the regression models. And in the last chapter, the researcher will summarize all results of this work.And also there is a specific questions were established in this research:What is the current state of E-commerce in the world and how much is volume of domestic online retail market in Russia and ChinaWhiсh e-commеrce compаny is thе biggеst in thе wоrld in gеneral, in Russia and China in particulаr?Is а peаk of e-commеrce in Russiа and Chinа аlready rеached?In order to archive the goals of our study, this Master thesis has been divided into four main chapters. The first chаpter is the Intrоduction, аnd the secоnd is thе currеnt situаtion оf E-Commеrce in Russiа аnd Chinа. Empirical analysis of common factors influencing on the growth of E-commerce market in Russia and China have been done at the third chapter. And in the last chapter we summarized results of our study.After the completion of this research, the researcher expe cts to understand more about E-commerce in Russia and China. T his research could be very useful for Russian or foreign companies, which are interested to invest in Russian E-commerce market.The practical significance of the study, that the data can be us ed by companies operating in the field of information and communication technologies, in their marketing activities and also for those who want to start their own online business, or for people who already has an Internet business, and wants to learn strat egies that are more successful, this kind of research could be helpful too.The results of this study have important implications for researchers in the field of E-commerce, internet companies that currently offer Internet services as well as the websites that intend to offer such services in the near future. The results of this research can be applied to development of E-commerce market in developing countries.
