As the principal part of technology innovation and management innovation, The enterprise shoulders the important mission in the development of national economic transformation. Knowledge staff as enterprise’s innovation pillar is the source of innovation. The innovation of the knowledge staff is very important to the survival and development of the enterprise.The paper researches on how human resources scheme influence on the knowledge staff innovation performance,and aims to reveal the enterprise human resources on action mechanism of the knowledge staff innovation performance. The main content of this article has four parts as following:First, through the theoretical analysis and literature reviews, the paper defines human resources scheme and knowledge staff innovation performance. The paper defines that human resources schema refers to the employee’s dynamic cognitive structure about the practice of human resource; knowledge staff innovation performance refers to a valuable activities associated with work performance of the creation of the knowledge workers on the role of the self cognition,and includes innovation will, action and innovation results in three dimensions.Second, the paperinfluencesJD company’s organizational structure, human resources management characteristics, human resources management system and knowledge innovationperformance.Though the questionnaire survey, the paper make a systematic and comprehensive analysis of JD Company human resources schema and knowledge type employee innovation performance status.Third, from the perspective of human resource schema, the paper analysisJD’s knowledge workers’ innovate willingness which is not strong, innovative behavior which is not significant, and the result which is not rich.First of all, through the correlation analysis and regression analysis, paper analysis the relationship between the JD company’s human resources schema and the knowledge type employee’s innovation performance;Secondly, through in-depth interviews with knowledge workers and their direct supervisor analysis of the impact factors of knowledge type employee innovation performance.Fourth, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the innovation performance of knowledge workers.Aiming at the current situation of human resources and the innovation performance of knowledge workers in JD company.This paper puts forward countermeasures from two aspects of the optimization of human resources system and the total innovation.Among them, the optimization of human resources system is mainly from recruitment system, job analysis and job evaluation, performance salary and welfare system, employee training;About full innovation is mainly from the employee’s selection and training, team building, work space, the task of the environment. |
