In the era of knowledge economy, the organization must make innovation the priority task for its development. Constant innovation can bring forth energy to the company and the capacity to challenge market risks. As the principal source of the company’s innovative ideas, knowledge staff should be inspired and to improve their innovation ability is the first step for the company to implement their innovation strategy. As a group of people with high quality and great creative ability, the knowledge staff has various demands that always change and diversify. At the same time, their degree of satisfaction and loyalty towards the company are ever declining. Their perception towards material conditions, organizational environment and individual cognitive differ a lot from other staff. So the studies on how to improve their work embed to increase their level of innovation, and innovation performances, have more practical significance to the management of knowledge employees.On the basis of the integrated use of questionnaires, literature analysis and mathematical statistical methods,taking the chance of Anhui University and Shucheng County Government jointly held a one-year innovation base joint training, this articles analyze the the Relationship between Job embeddedness and innovation performance of the knowledge type staff of Shucheng country, Concludes that on the background of the Shucheng country economic, the knowledge staff’ work embedded have positively promote to the innovation performance on the intermediary function of innovation self-efficacy. And employee job embeddedness, creative self-efficacy and innovation performance have significant differences on the employee demographic variables.This article specifically content can be divided into six parts as follows:The first part is the introduction. This paper introduces the research background, purpose and ideas.As the theoretical basis of research, the second part mainly including the present research and review of work embedded, innovation self-efficacy, defines the relative concept. On the basis of combing the past theory, the articles put forward the question of the study to provide theoretical support for the next chapter of the assumptions.The third part is the form of the Hypothesis chapters. Mainly including embedding on working theory innovation achievements influence and innovation self-efficacy as intermediary variable for the work of the influence of the embedded innovation performance.The fourth part is the empirical chapters. It conducted a questionnaire survey for medium-sized enterprise knowledge staff in Shucheng County, on the basis of formulation of job embeddedness innovation scale, self-efficacy scale and innovation, and according to the data, it inspect the validity of questionnaires. And then analyses factors of job embeddedness innovation scale, self-efficacy scale and innovation performance scale by structural equation model, as well as analysis of variance of job embeddedness, creative self-efficacy and innovation performance of the variable in population statistics.The fifth part is related analysis of work embedded, innovation self-efficacy and innovation performance. Including the regression analysis of the work embedding on the innovation self-efficacy and innovation of the performance. And the inspection intermediary effect of the innovation self-efficacyThe sixth part is research conclusion and outlook chapter. Including according to the existing results validate the assumptions, summarized the conclusions of the articles and the limitations.
