It is wildly known that coach industry is becoming moreand more significant in economic development and social development. However, comparedwith developed countries, our country’s automobile industry is not very good inlogistics.There are some problems such as high operation cost and low efficiency inourcoachindustry. Therefore, researching the optimization of auto partslogistics is very important to the development of coach industry in our country.Nowadays, our country’s large scale auto parts manufacturing enterprises areexploringleanlogistics.The study of theimplementation of coach manufacturing enterprise’sleanlogistics is crucial.Based on the above background, this paper takes XiamenJinLv the research object to research the lean logistics of the coach industry. First, we starte with the basic concepts, analyzetheintension,characteristics of production logistics and lean production logistics. And point out that theproblems of the lean logistics management in XiamenJinLv. Such as, the production and storage system is not reasonable, the supply network is unreasonable, too much safety stock and excessive waste in the logistics transportation. Concretely speaking, we use the concept of lean logistics to optimize the logistics route in XiamenJinLv and rearrange the warehousein order to improve the efficiency of warehouse storage and transportation. Also, we introduce the modern information technology, which can realize the information sharing between the final assembly plant and the component suppliers. In addition, the lean logistics procurement and inventory strategy for XiamenJinLv is built, and the cooperative game between JIT and EOQ is discussed. At last, lean logistics is used to solve the problem of waste in XiamenJinLv.
