In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,Chinese enterprises has a large development,but some issues are becoming more and more serious for enterprises like extensive production methods,high operating costs of business operations and so on.While,attention is paid by the Chinese government in environment,and enterprises are also faced the pressure from environmental protection departments,it has also become the key issue for the development of enterprises.Therefore,it is urgently needed to solve the problem that how to improve the operational capacity of enterprises and the level of green manufacturing enterprises for enterprises.Lean production is considered to be an important tool to improve the level of business operations in worldwide,predecessors also believed that lean production and green manufacturing are inextricably linked.Therefore,the problem that how to implement lean production in enterprises while improving the level of green manufacturing enterprises was focused in the paper.In this paper,the model of the factory is established by system dynamics,green manufacturing and lean production are fully considered by the model,the dynamic model of lean-green production system was obtained.At the same time,in order to improve the accuracy of the system dynamics,Newton Interpolation was used to optimize the table function and the genetic algorithm is used to identify the uncertainly parameters.The model is biased towards the description of the system trend and it is difficult to obtain the best solution,this paper proposes a new method which multi-objective programming and system dynamics were combined,system dynamics is used to identify the sensitivity variables,multi-objective programming model is constructed with sensitive variables.Slewing bearing factory was set as an example,this paper analyzes how to make use of the coupling model of system dynamics and multi-objective programming to analyze how to use this method to improve the level of lean green manufacturing.The bee colony algorithm is used to solve the multi-objective model,and the satisfactory solution which is got by algorithm is subdivided into the system dynamics model,it shows that this method can reduce the energy consumption and pollutant emission of the enterprise.
