Research On The Methods And Tools Of Organizational Behavior Modeling For Manufacturing Enterprises

The policy of the ―Made in China 2025‖ has been raised, which needs to enhance the abilities to continuously optimize the organizational structure and improve operational efficiency of the organization. Our country is still in the process of industrialization. On the whole, most of manufacturing enterprises are large but not strong, the problems are embodied in the lack of independent innovation capability and the deficiencies of organizations operational management. Faced with rising labor costs, worsening of competitive conditions, and t he challenge of industrial restructuring, manufacturing organizations and organizational behavior urgently needed adjusting. With the need on products in diversification and individuation, the market requires manufacturers to adjust their organizational behavior whenever necessary, which results in organizational restructuring becoming more frequent. In order to adapt to the rapidly changing in organizational behavior and organizational restructuring, there is an urgent need of a set of theories which can be used to guide manufacturers to describe and evaluate the implementation of the results of organizational behavior.Based on the study of organizational theory and compared to the current enterprise modeling method, a modeling method for manufacturing ent erprise organizational behavior is established, for which an evaluation system on manufacturing enterprise organizational behavior is proposed, and is applied to design the tool prototyping. The main contents are as follows:(1) This paper researches enterprise modeling theory which is related to the organizational behavior of manufacturing enterprises. By analyzing the lack of enterprise modeling methods which are used to describe organizational behavior, a manufacturing organizational behavior modeling framework is established.(2) Based on the manufacturing organizational behavior modeling framework, this paper designs a modeling method which can be used to describe the organization behavior of manufacturing enterprises. Furthermore, every view’s model definition, model element, and formal definition are proposed.(3) For the purpose of practical applications of the organizational behavior modeling method, an evaluation method which is suitable for manufacturing enterprises, needs to be designed to measure the perform ance of organizational behavior.(4) In order to achieve the modeling and evaluation process, this paper propose an organizational behavior modeling tool prototyping by using Axure RP 7.0, a rapid prototyping tool.The research results of this paper provide manufacturing enterprises with reference and basis to optimize and reconstruct organizational behavior, and offer manufacturing enterprises theoretical support to adapt to rapid changes in organizational behavior or organizational restructuring.
