Research On J Pharmaceutical Company About Financial Strategy And Profit Models

Under the rapid developing national economy, the quality of people’s life increase rapidly. The requirement of pharmaceutical and health-care are also promoted by people. In order to develop effectively, businesses might keep up with the rhythm of the times, to convert their methods of operation. So far, the aging problem is very serious in China. The pharmaceutical industry would face the great challenge. Establishing a suitable profit model to satisfy the development of enterprise and to optimize the choice of financial strategy is the key to profitability for a company.The paper adopts three main investigative methods: literature research、field research method、method of case duty. Using J’ as an example, through the financial index, observing the profit model and exiting problem of J’, to claim the optimizing of financial strategies.The paper are divided six parts: introduction;the theories and related documents about profits models and financial strategies; the logic relation between profits models and financial strategies; then using J limited cooperation as an example to summarize the basic profit models, emphasizing on J’ exiting profit models, and connecting the four factors of profit models to evaluate the financial index of J and indicating the problems of J’ profit modal, finding factors; showing the countermeasures to solve the problems; through the strategies of investment to evaluate the optimizing the financial strategies of J’, finding the future support of finance to J’.The article combines profit models and financial strategies which creatively put pharmaceutical industry as research subject. It analyzes J’ profit model deeply and optimizes choices of the profitable models and financial strategies. It might create value for reference to pharmaceutical production industry.
