The profit pattern of an enterprise is the key to the success or failure of an enterprise.It is the systematic framework and method for exploring the source,generation process,output mode and management control of the enterprise’s profit.Pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises are people’s livelihood enterprises in China,which are closely related to people’s lives.They not only play an important role in protecting and improving people’s health and improving people’s quality of life,but also play a very important role in promoting economic development and social progress.The development of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises with the continuous development of our economy and health level and to move forward,but in recent years as the industry policy environment gradually become severe,and constantly with the addition of enterprise and foreign medicine manufacturing companies are pouring into China’s market,make our country a shrinking market capacity,This makes the living environment of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises more and more severe.In order to retain market share,pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises not only need to further understand the profit pattern,but also need to apply the profit pattern in enterprise management according to their own actual situation.Based on the above background,this paper studies the profit pattern of China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises from the perspective of finance.Through the theoretical research and practical exploration of the profit pattern,it hopes to be helpful to the optimization of enterprises’ own profit pattern and provide reference for the exploration of profit pattern of other enterprises in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.Firstly,this paper elaborated the research background,purpose and significance,sorted out the research status of profit pattern at home and abroad,introduced the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of profit pattern,and laid a foundation for the profit pattern analysis based on the financial perspective of Hengrui pharmaceutical: Secondly,introduced the selection and the profit pattern of Hengrui pharmaceutical and characteristics of the elements of Hengrui pharmaceutical profit pattern,the overall financial capacity and earnings quality analysis and evaluation,it is concluded that the profit pattern of Hengrui medical now choose overall performance is good,at this stage the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry advantage,but also need to do some optimization in some ways,and according to the actual situation of Hengrui pharmaceutical profit pattern is put forward to strengthen innovative drug research and development,strengthen enterprise profit barrier,the implementation of inventory reduction strategies and related optimization Suggestions.
