The Construction Of Agricultural Websites’evaluation Index System And Empirical Research In China

In 2015, "Internet plus” rise to a national strategy, and its combination with agriculture,the important traditional industries, has also been the focus of attention. "Internet plus agriculture" is an important measure to promote the development of agriculture, drive the side reform of agricultural supply.Agricultural website the earlier model of the combination has been of great concern and played a pivotal role in many aspects, such as spread of modern agricultural science and technology, to carry out electronic transactions of agricultural products, cultivation of agricultural information talents.However, there are still many problems in the development of agricultural websites, like the overall information of the website, the website update frequency, the utilization rate of the website and the service functions. The level of agricultural websites in China is uneven. Therefore, to establish a perfect agricultural website evaluating indicator system can not only help agricultural network users to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the query and access to relevant information, also contribute to standardize and improve the agricultural website system, promote the overall growth of the agricultural website.Firstly, we explain the recent research about the websites’ evaluation at home and abroad. We also review the development of Chinese agricultural websites, and conclude the characteristics of the users of Chinese agricultural websites. According to the established main body and function of the websites, we classify Chinese agricultural websites, and summarize the characteristics of the development of them.Then according to the main principles which guide the evaluation on agricultural websites, and based on the website statistics and the link analysis method, we apply AHP method to conclude a set of comprehensive evaluation index of websites which is specific to website content, functional service, performance index, promotion effect and popularity. And we determine the weights of the specific index. We also make clear the method of collecting the standardizing data by Maxamine Web Analyst software and website statistics. Then we finish the operating evaluation index system on agricultural websites.Finally, we choose four categories, 40 sample index in total, from the hundred list of the 7th China Agricultural network, the results prove the evaluation index system is fit to assess agricultural websites. The conclusion is government agricultural website and comprehensive agricultural website have a high level of comprehensive development, and the overall construction level of enterprise agricultural website and science and education agricultural website is low.
