The Government Agricultural Information Website’s Evaluation Index System Construction And Empirical Research

Our country is an agricultural country, the government management mode is experiencing a transformation, with the development of Internet, the process of agricultural informationization and government information in rapid speed, it also promoted the rapid development of the government agriculture website.Early but the government for the construction of agricultural information websites more pay attention to speed and ignore the use and management, lead to these sites are of variable quality, users get useful information through government websites of the agricultural information resources, there is no an objective evaluation standard, to the use of information resources tend to be more blind but without a goal, but in recent years, the government to serve agriculture, rural areas and farmers as the goal, established many related policies and adopted many measures, it also provides evaluation and standardize the government websites of the agricultural information needs the support of the reality. So study agriculture information website has the necessity to the government, the government set up the evaluation index system of agricultural information websites aim is to help the government and the user of this type of web site for a more objective evaluation, for the use of the user, the improvement of website, and the government informationization management to provide the reference.The content of this research is divided into four parts:The first part reviews and analyzes the site assessment both at home and abroad, then elaborated and compared the institute to form opinions and evaluation index, and further points out that the lack of research agricultural information websites evaluation, in which determine the starting point of this study.The second part reviews the development of government agricultural information websites in China, this paper introduces the government in recent years, the development of agricultural informationization goal and the present situation of the rural areas, the establishment of the evaluation system of agricultural information websites for the government support.The third part has been clear about the government agricultural information websites evaluation principles, selection of evaluation methods is introduced in this paper, the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to build the government agricultural information websites evaluation index model, and using the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to determine the weight of the index system, clear the data access method and normalization method, constructed a complete set of evaluation index system of the government agricultural information websites.Fourth part using the constructed index evaluation of 13 cities in hubei province state has carried on the empirical research, comprehensive score of 13 cities states and ranking, through data analysis points out the deficiency of hubei agricultural information websites, and Suggestions on the development of hubei province agriculture information website, hope that the further development of agricultural information websites to the government has a certain reference significance.
