Countyecological economyanalyses the space stateand internal relations of ecological and economic system based on ecosystem carrying capacity, expounds the irrational production and consumption patterns in study area and reveals the characteristics and laws of ecological economy development, finally provides guidance and scientific basis for realizing the sustainable development of regional economy-ecology-social system. Taking the south of Xinjiang county area as the research and combining the characteristics of the study area and the principle of index selection, building the index system of EES composite system based on DPSIR model, this paper used the variation coefficient Topsis analysis method, ESDA model and regional coordinated development model to…and made out the global Moran’s I, the department scatter diagram, LISA agglomeration map and spatial and temporal distribution map of coupling coordinated development of county ecological economy about the south of Xinjiang in 2000, 2005, 2010 and 2013, and studied the characteristics of temporal spatial pattern of county ecological economy.According to the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of ecological economy in the study area, this paper has submitted some suggestions forthe sustainable development of ecological economy and provided theoretical and scientific basis for the coordinated development of EES complex ecosystem. The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Calculating the Moran’s I of the south of Xinjiang in 2000, 2005, 2010 and 2013 based on comprehensive index of ecological economy development level, Global autocorrelation formula and OpenGeoDa1.2.0. In 2000-2005, Moran’s I rose from 0.0593 to 0.1464, in 2010-2013, Moran’s I rose from 0.1246 to 0.1904, those showed that the counties which has similarecological economy development level showed up the phenomenon of agglomeration in space, the ecological economy differences between counties were gradually reduced. In 2005-2010,Moran’s I was From 0.1416 down to 0.1246, those showed that the rapid development of ecological economy of the countiesand the slow development of counties became more and more concentrated, the level of ecological economy development was not balanced.(2)In order to further reflect the local spatial characteristics of county ecological economy, this paper showed the spatial and temporal evolution pattern of ecological economy by drawing Moran scatter plots.In 2000 and 2005, ecological economy statusin the south of Xinjiang countyarea had significant spatial autocorrelation;the space differences of ecological economy in 2010 did not expand;the spatial difference in 2013 expanded the phenomenon, and some counties’ ecological economy were declining trend.In order to better reflect the spatial characteristics of ecological economy Center County and surrounding counties in study time period, this paper draw a LISA gatherdiagram in 2000, 2005, 2010 and 2013.The concentration of ecological economy development was not significant in the Akesu area, Kashi area, Kezhou area, Ruoqiang county and Yuli County; the agglomeration of Korla economic circle was stronger, with the surrounding counties of the ecological economy ties closely; the ―low – low‖ type in HeTian area gradually expanded performance for the low level of agglomeration; the ―Low – high‖type of counties was from Ruoqiang County, Hejing County, Bohu County, Yuepuhu county and Yingjisha County down to Yuepuhucounty and Yingjisha County; the ―High-Low‖ type were Kashi City, and theecological economy development was stable.(3)In2000, 2005, 2010 and 2013,Korla economic development was among the first, the economy difference of the south of Xinjiang County was gradually expanding, the lag of the county economy was mainly distributed in Hetian Area, Kashi area and Kezhou area, county economic development speed significantly improved, economic difference gradually reduced; In 2000, 2005, 2010 and 2013, the overall trend was downward, in 2005 ecology appears to ease, but the development was not obvious; social development was in a slow upward trend, the development type was social balance, that difference in social development in the county was small.(4)In 2000, 2005, 2010 and 2013, the coupling degree of EES composite system was between 0.13-0.60, coupling degree showed a low trend. The low level of coupling was shaped like an ―N‖, the county was mainly distributed in Hetian Area and Bazhou area; in 2000-2013, the number of counties in antagonistic coupling types increased year by year, the number of the antagonistic coupling accounted for 80.9% by 2013; the number of counties with low level coupling was declining, in 2003, county with this type was only one county in Bachu county; the proportion of counties with high level coupling types was 16.7%, 4.7%, 4.7% and 0%, respectively, due to declining quality of the ecological environment, resulting in EES composite system was out of balance and coupling degree was decreased.(5)In 2000, 2005, 2010 and 2013,four kinds of coupling coordination types appeared in the counties, respectively was severe disorder, moderate disorder, basic disorder and moderate coordination; the number of counties in the severe disorder were 1, 4, 5 and 9, the number of counties in the moderate disorder were 16, 25, 14 and 28, the number of counties in the basic disorder were 22, 12, 21 and 5, the number of counties in moderate coordination were 3, 1, 2 and 0.The coupling coordination degree of different counties and different research periods appeared the trend of ―fall- rise- fall‖, compared with spatial variation of coupling degree; the coupling degree was slightly higher than the coupling coordination degree, which reflected the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree changed characteristics of almost the same.
