The Research Of Transformation And Development Of Xin Jiang SMC System Under The New Economic Environment

Along with the establishment and gradually improvement of our country`s market economic system, the impact of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives(SMC) of the planned economy era to establish systems and mechanisms as well as the establishment of management method, management content is strong. In particular,SCM system in Xinjiang,facing the situation of market economy development, marked by the planned economy period, which is seriously hindered the development of steps, affecting the business activities of the whole system, so that the business activities of Xinjiang SCM system,which is accumulated in planned economy period, are decline and the business activities are in trouble.This paper through to the research in existence problem and influencing factors of four big circulation network of Xinjiang SCM system,combined with the SWOT matrix analysis, summarized its development advantages and opportunities in the new market environment, revealed the adverse factors and challenges, On the Xinjiang agriculture, rural areas, farmers in the economic development faced with the agricultural industrialization and marketization of exploration, analysis of the problems in the modernization of peasants’ living needs, combined the successful experience of domestic and international cooperative, proposed under the new economic environment of Xinjiang SMC system transformation and the development strategies, thus to provide beneficial help for the effective development of SCM system in Xinjiang, make its play a greater role to promote the development of Xinjiang economy.
