PTFE architectural membrane has been widely used as a building membrane materials in the world due to its excellent properties. Industry of PTFE membrane materials is still in its infancy in our country, the current domestic market mainly need to import, so domestic prices of architectural membrane is high, and also limits promoting and using of the membrane structure engineering technology in China. As foreign markets blocked the raw materials, technology to China, WK, currently the only company with the scale of production PTFE membrane production plant, cooperated with the domestic advanced business on the raw materials, research by themselves, formed its own core technologies, products have been widely recognized by the market. However, comparison with imported materials, there is still a gap. Therefore, WK companies need to continuously improve product quality, improve the quality management system to improve the market competitiveness to achieve sustainable development, to make contributions for the market of domestic PTFE membrane.Firstly, the current article stated the quality management theory and method, and studies situations, from the theory of quality management, quality management principles, based on the relevant quality tools, using the combination of theory and practice, fishbone diagram analysis and statistical analysis, to analyze on the current status of quality management of WK companies, discussed the lack of WK Company in quality management, operational aspects of the quality management system, and analyzed the reason..Based on the status and problems of the current WK company’s quality management system, from goal setting of quality management system, rebuild and content optimized of the quality management system, papers optimized the quality management system and how to stably continue. Meanwhile, in order to effectively implement the optimization program, some proposal were pointed, such as to build the mind of quality culture, build WK company quality culture, create the QC team activity, raise the quality management level, implement 7s on-site management, promote civilized production, complete the encourage system of interior quality management.In this paper, building the quality culture, completing the encourage system and doing the QC team activity was proposed for the quality mind lack of the manager and workers; To strengthen the proposed optimization process quality control and production process quality inspection programs for the production site management is not in place; For the lack of standardized systems management, establishment of a standardized system management program was proposed; For the problem of not effectively implemented for continuous improvement of quality management system, the system optimization programs were proposed; For the lack of staff training system, improving the training system was proposed.To be more specific, the results can facilitate to help establish the philosophy of total quality control management and set up and hold the competitive advantages.
