With the rapid development of internet and e-commerce, the competition of the traditional media based home shopping industry is very fierce. In this case, the active marketing model began to highlight its unique advantages and has become the new business growth and development of the commanding heights for many enterprises. In this background, active marketing specialists have become the key factor to enhance the competitiveness of these enterprises. As the telephone marketing business line strength, the career quality, professional level and the individual potential of active marketing specialists have an important influence on the economic efficiency, strategic planning and implementation of enterprises. In this situation, we must find effective ways to motivate the active marketing specialists, develop their potentials, mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity scientifically and effectively, achieve the win-win of enterprises and employees, become the primary concern and urgent to solve problem of active marketing companies.This paper summarizes the basic motivation theories, motivation theories of sales and the theories of incentive method. Taking H company’s active marketing specialists as the object of study, carried out the interviews and related questionnaire, collected a large amount of real data and related information. Based on the analysis of current incentive status of H company’s active marketing specialists, reveals some existing problems. Optimizing the incentive schemes of H company’s active marketing specialists, aims to ensure that active marketing specialists retained active marketing rate, high activity, high performance, and ultimately to win the customers, occupy the market, to achieve high performance. This paper is divided into six chapters, according to the introduction part, theoretical overview, H company’s active marketing specialists’ status and problems, the investigation and analysis of causes of incentive effect, optimization of incentive scheme, conclusions and recommendations suggest that the logical order of one by one.In the face of fierce competition in the home shopping and telephone marketing industries current situation, active marketing oriented business entities must be aware of:active marketing specialists’ business ability, work quality, loyalty has become the core competitiveness of enterprises. The incentive strategy of active marketing specialist will greatly affect the company’s performance and development strategy. Therefore, to solve the current problems of incentive scheme for H company’s active marketing department, suggestions from the following aspects:improve the performance appraisal system, optimize the salary management system, rich promotion and occupation career management, improve the training incentive plan, increase the spiritual motivation and negative incentive optimization, etc. Through the joint efforts of multi angle training:improve employees’loyalty to the company, to reduce staff turnover rate; improve the working enthusiasm of the staff, to achieve a high rate of activity; mining employees’ potential and creativity, to improve enterprises’ efficiency and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Hoping this study can provide reference for H company’s active marketing department to achieve the improvement of performance and win-win of employees and enterprise, as well as other companies in this industry.
